【描述】2014年6月19日，山东省枣庄市市中区人民法院人民陪审员纪丽（左二）与法官一起开庭审理案件。2013年11月，枣庄市各级法院被最高人民法院确定为人民陪审员制度改革试点地区。截至2014年6月，枣庄市共任命人民陪审员571名，人民陪审员参审案件率达85%以上。

In November 2013, the Supreme People’s Court launched a pilot program in Zao Zzhuang to reform the court’s jury system.
