【描述】2016年６月4日，河北省邯郸学院的志愿者在邯郸县桃源小学给留守儿童介绍风电模型。从2015年起，该市发起以关爱农村留守儿童为主题的爱心行动，主要通过政府购买社会服务的方式，由社会组织或志愿者组织定期为留守儿童提供心理塑造、习惯养成、安全自护、兴趣培养、学习引导、社会实践等方面服务。
        
         A volunteer from Handan College, Hebei Province introduces a turbine model to children at Taoyuan Primary School, June 4, 2016. The children’s parents work in big cities for better pay, leaving most of them at home in the care of their grandparents. Since 2015, the government worked with volunteers to provide social services to the children, such as psychological counseling and academic guidance, and providing them with training on healthy life habits and self-care.
