        The second phase of a humanitarian aid program to assist Afghan children suffering from serious diseases was held on May 4-6, 2019. It was the fourth time since 2017 that a Chinese Red Cross overseas aid medical team had traveled to Afghanistan to provide check-ups and treatments for local children suffering from congenital heart disease.
